Bailey’s Irish Cream Baking Chips Are Real

The holidays are a time for family, decorating, being thankful and of course, baking. There are regular chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and many more. This holiday season you can also enjoy Bailey’s Irish Cream Baking Chips as well.

The baking chips are semi-sweet and have a flavor of Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur. The chips are completely non-alcoholic and are simply artificially flavored. These new flavored baking chips are currently available for a limited time during the 2019 holiday season.

Bailey’s has released these new baking chips at select retailers across the country. Currently, they are not available at grocery stores nationwide, but Bailey’s will be releasing the new flavor nationwide by Easter 2019.  Customers are also able to purchase the baking chips through Amazon, where a full bag is priced at around $8.50, not including shipping.

Bailey’s has partnered with Clabber Girl to release the new flavored baking chips, which are the first product of many planned to be released by the partnership. Clabber Girl and Bailey’s has also decided to release a digital cookbook of over twenty-three recipes that use the new Bailey’s Irish Cream Baking Chips. These recipes are just for desserts either: there are options for french toast, chocolate dipped strawberries, tiramisu, chocolate cupcakes, icing, fudge, granola and many more.

Gary Morris, President, and COO at Clabber Girl Corporation said, “Clabber Girl has been a trusted partner and friend to bakers and home cooks for more than 150 years. We are thrilled to entrust our relationships with these valued customers with BAILEYS and are extremely proud of what we together have created.”

These new baking chips have already been getting raving reviews online, with people exclaiming that these rich, semi-sweet, Irish cream baking chips should have been available years ago for baking, as Bailey’s has been around since 1974.
